  My insurer referred me to Pike's, but I couldn't have been happier with it. The staff is very friendly and respond quickly to any contact; I never felt like I was bothering them. The workmanship was outstanding, and it's great to have my car back looking as good and driving as well as it ever has.

  Mike Pike and family are the BEST collision repair business in the South! I have wrecked and sent over 30 vehicles from friends and family to them over the last 25 years. We have had nothing but the best results and service you could ever imagine. Jenny, Lanell and Mike are the most professional and courteous people you will ever meet. There work is even better! You will never regret taking your car to them. That's a FACT!

  I got in an accident on the interstate, damaging a door and quarter panel, so badly they needed replacing. I went to Pike's because of the awesome reviews I saw and I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond, everything from handling the paperwork/insurance side of things, to the actual body work, and customer service. They called me and let me know that status of my truck and finished it ahead of time. When I picked up the truck, the body work was perfect, and the paint matched perfectly, too. No rattles from the body work at all. On top of this, they washed the outside of the truck and cleaned the interior. The truck left Pike's in way better shape than when it arrived there. I hope I don't get in an accident again, but if I do, I'm taking my vehicle to Pike's!!
