- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I used to be a patient here from 2004-2007. I loved my doctor there and that was the only reason I continued as a patient.Their office staff is completely incompetent. I always had to wait over and hour to see my doctor and the staff was never helpful. I have only had this problem with the Slidell office. When I call other offices I get to talk to a person. I recently have had to deal with this office again while trying to get my records transferred to a new physician (i no longer live in the state). They have lost my records request multiple times and claim they have never gotten it. I have trouble trying to get to talk to a person. This is utterly ridiculous and I have been dealing with this for 2 weeks now. I think the physicians here are wonderful, but would not refer anyone here due to the incompetence of the staff.December 16, 2016by A Google User
