- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My appointment went amazing! I was consistently impressed with how accommodating and professional Dr. Doug Rodrigue and his staff was during my visit. Out of all of the dentist offices I have visited, this one was most friendly and exceptionally enjoyable. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I agree with the comment below! I don't even want to rate them one star! Horrible treatment from Meridith! Was charged $264 for an EXTRACTION!!! Sent to collections for a 25$ balance and when I went to schedule another appointment, was told I would have to be seen as a "New Patient" however NOT before I paid the existing balance plus collection fees as an "Old Patient" Therefore, double standards, along with non professionalism from Meridith, resulted in them NOT getting any future business from me nor any recommendations, and a measly $10 a month INSTEAD of payment in FULL!!! Thanks for the rude customer service Meridith. THROUGH A VOUCEMAIL AT THAT!! I will never do business here again! Lesson learned ;)February 15, 2017by stacy taylor
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I will not even give them a star. I am a mother of six. I took two of my children to have their teeth cleaned and it cost me $ 164.00 for x-rays. The staff is not friendly at all. They did not go over any cost before the visit. Then they over charged me and gave me a quote to have a tooth pulled and then refused to honor the quote. When I had my daughters' tooth pulled they waited to long and hurt her. The dentist was to concerned about the other to patiences he needed to see than my daughter.
